Open PlannerThree guidance services: Credit Report Review (understand your three bureau reports), Debt Counseling (a personal action plan for debts), and Credit Building (monthly habits and reviews).
Anyone 18+ who wants to understand their credit — thin files, steady payers and people starting over. If you need a loan, we are not a lender; our work is education and planning.
No. Reviewing your own reports with us and following an education plan involves no credit application, so there is no inquiry from our side at all.
Every file is different, so we never promise timelines or score changes. Most clients meet their counselor within days and review progress monthly — consistency matters more than speed.
We cannot remove accurate information, and no honest firm can promise deletions. We do help you spot errors, understand disputes, and build healthier habits going forward.
Your counselor listens to your goals, walks through your reports in plain English, and agrees on a short list of next actions. You leave with a written personal plan.
Never. We only ask for contact details and your goals. A real counselor will never request passwords, bank logins or card numbers.
Talk to your counselor early. We help you list everything you owe, prioritize calmly, and agree on affordable next steps — free of judgement.
